• All sessions must be pre-paid before the scheduled appointment.

• Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll send you a link and password for our scheduled Online Zoom session.

• If you’re interested in a private 1:1 session, as well as a home visit session then this is something that we can talk about in more detail via email prior to your first session.

CANCELLATIONS

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments and appointments that are cancelled after 24 hours will be charged the full session fee (with the exception of illness/emergency). If you book a session but need to reschedule for a different day, feel free to email us and we will change the appointment for you.
